Mercure Urabandai Resort & Spa will offer shaved ice at a dinner buffet this summer with local syrup using white and yellow peaches from Fukushima Prefecture.

We have shaved ice equipment and syrup in the buffet venue, so please try to make your own shaved ice!

We are available in a self-style manner at the dinner buffet venue from 17:30 to 21:00.
※Depending on the congestion situation, usage may be restricted.
Contents: Syrup of white peach and yellow peach
Standard syrups such as strawberries and melons are also available.

Sauce Katsudon

There are various sauce katsudon nationwide, but Fukushima's " sauce katsudon" is a local gourmet in Aizu where you can trace its history from the Taisho era to the Showa era. Speaking of "katsudon" in the Aizu Wakamatsu region, the menu is familiar enough to refer to " sauce katsudon". Cutlet passed through the sauce, shredded cabbage of shakishaki, and it is definitely a combination of appetite.
