In an elegant interior and sophisticated atmosphere, enjoy wonderful cuisine using local food and seasonal ingredients from Fukushima, and enjoy a relaxing time at the buffet restaurant.

"Sauce cutlet bowl"
There are various sauce cutlet bowls nationwide, but Fukushima's "sauce cutlet bowl" is a local gourmet of Aizu that can go back to its history from the Taisho era to the Showa era. Speaking of "katsudon" in the Aizu Wakamatsu region, it is a familiar menu that refers to "sauce cutlet bowl". It is a combination of cutlets wrapped in sauce and shredded cabbage, which is sure to add appetite.
