"Aizu Horse Meat Hormone Pot"

In the Aizu region, there is a culture of eating horse sashimi.
In addition to horse sashimi, there are also stores that cook and serve hormonal parts by using horse meat without excess, and the texture is left and cooked so that customers can enjoy it widely at the hotel.

"Sauce Katsudon"

There are various sauce cutlet bowls nationwide, but Fukushima's "sauce cutlet bowl" is a local gourmet of Aizu that can trace its history from the Taisho era to the Showa era. Speaking of "katsudon" in the Aizu Wakamatsu region, it is a familiar menu that refers to "sauce katsudon". It is a combination of cutlet and shredded cabbage wrapped in sauce, which is unquestionably an appetite.

"Kitakata Ramen"

There are a number of local ramen in Fukushima, but Kitakata Ramen is the most famous and popular among a wide range of generations. Morning ramen called "Morning Ra" is becoming established nationwide. Do you eat in the morning? Surprisingly, Kitakata City has a habit of eating ramen in the morning since ancient times, and many shops open early in the morning. It is a light soup based on soy sauce, so you can enjoy it lightly even in the morning.

"Cream Box"

"Cream Box" is a popular snack known to everyone in Fukushima Prefecture. It is delicious to have a smooth milk cream per mouth painted on thick soft bread.

"Kozuyu"

Fukushima Prefecture's local dish "Kozuyu" is a soup that was born as Aizu's feast dish. It is a traditional dish served on New Year's Day and Halle Day. The feature is that a lot of vegetables such as bean fu, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and taro are made into thin taste.
