Plan Overview

All-inclusive

The all-inclusive plan includes dinner, breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, hot springs, public baths and activities.
You can enjoy it as much as you like from check-in to check-out.
※Please note that some drinks and activities may have additional charges. Lunch service is not available.

Accommodation conditions

Please complete rabies and viral infectious disease vaccination (5 or more mixed vaccines) in advance so that all guests staying at the hotel and dogs can spend a comfortable time.

Important matters

・Prices for one animal are included. The second one will charge 3,300 yen. Please contact us in advance.
・Up to 2 small dogs (~ 10 km) are allowed.
(Even if two people are shared with one dedicated toilet)
・Please move in the hall with your whole body in a cage or carry.
(Huging is prohibited.)
・Dog meals cannot be prepared at the hotel, so please bring them with you.
・Only private rooms can be released in the hall.
(The dog cannot use the unit bath and toilet in the guest room)
・Please do not leave your dog alone in your room for a long time.
(I will miss you alone in an unfamiliar environment.)
・If you are going out of the museum for a long time, please bring your dog.
・In the unlikely event that a pet-related trouble (biting, fighting, etc.) occurs, the hotel assumes no responsibility.
・If facilities, equipment, guest rooms, etc. in the hotel are soiled and cannot be used, we may charge actual expenses such as cleaning and disinfection, as well as damages that refuse customers the next day.
