Other local menu (one example)

"Sauce Katsudon"

There are various sauce katsudons in various parts of the country, but the sauce katsudon in Fukushima and Aizu is a local gourmet with a history from the Taisho era to the Showa era. In the Aizu Wakamatsu region, "katsudon" refers to "sauce cutlet bowl", so it is a standard menu rooted in the region. It is a combination of cutlets and shredded cabbage wrapped in the sauce, which is sure to add an appetite.
Sauce cutlets and shredded cabbage are prepared at the buffet venue of our hotel, so please make "sauce cutlet bowl" at your desired amount and eat it.

"Kitakata Ramen"

There are many local ramen in Fukushima, but "Kitakata ramen" is the most famous and popular among a wide range of generations. Morning ramen called "Asara" is becoming established nationwide. Not surprisingly, "Do you eat from the morning?", Kitakata City has a long tradition of eating ramen in the morning, and many shops open early in the morning. At our buffet venue, you can boil the noodles yourself, pour the soup, put your favorite toppings and enjoy the original cup.

"Kozuyu"

Fukushima Prefecture's local dish "Kozuyu" is a soup that was born as Aizu's feast dish. It is a traditional dish that is served for celebrations during New Years and festivals. It is characterized by the fact that a lot of vegetables such as bean fu, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and taro are lightly seasoned with seafood dashi.
There is a theory that the origin of the name is that "Koju no Tsuyu (Koshige no Juice)" has accumulated and became "Kozuyu".
