Fukushima Prefecture's specialty "Kitakata Ramen"、Noodle making experience made from powder!
Kitakata ramen is one of Japan's three largest ramen noodles, a local ramen originating in Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture.
A flat noodles that are shrinked on a soy sauce-flavored basis are topped with chashu or menma and long green onions.
Experience making noodles by purifying its unique "flapping noodles" from powder!
The chef will give a lecture carefully, so even beginners can feel safe.
You can enjoy the noodles served at the dinner buffet or packed in a pack and take them home.

Contents of experience
At the beginning of the experience
The required time is 40 to 50 minutes.
We will prepare powder, water, salt, and irrigation in advance in advance, so please start with "water turning" in a bowl.
Next, knead the fabric
I knead the dough firmly with my hand and stretch it with a noodle.
It is a trick to bring out the taste of the fabric a little bit.
Cut out with a cutter
We will cut out the noodles slowly with a special cutter.
The chef will guide the subdivisions.
Noodle kneading
It's finished after spraying powder on small-divided noodles and kneading them.
Finished noodles
You can enjoy it with the soup prepared at the dinner buffet of the day, or take it home with the soup recipe you give.
