Boiled with an angler and various seafood, and prepared with a Mediterranean Sea pot dish "Buyer Base Tail" that tastes in a soup with a condensed taste.

・Joban Mono
The sea of Fukushima is called off the coast of Joban, and various fish that have moved north along with the Kuroshio (warm ocean current) eat food (plankton) generated by Oyashio (cold ocean current). Thanks to this, various fish, such as whitefish in spring, Suzuki and bonito in summer, flounder and saury in autumn, Anko and Mehikari in winter, are landed at the port of Fukushima throughout the year, and these are called `` Jobanmono '' .
